A 75-minute mini reset combining guided meditation, pranayama breathwork, gentle yoga, a relaxing head massage, and a seasonal Chinese tea treat - in a small group (max 4).

If you’re carrying modern-life stress in your body (tight shoulders, a busy mind, that “always on” feeling), this class is designed to help you downshift properly. You’ll be guided step-by-step through calming practices that leave you feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded - not wiped out.

What you'll do (75 minutes)

  • Guided meditation to settle your thoughts and reset your nervous system

  • Pranayama (breathwork) to soften tension and deepen relaxation

  • Gentle yoga to release stiffness and reconnect with your body

  • Optional head massage to ease stress and relax the scalp, jaw, neck and shoulders

  • Seasonal tea treat (curated Chinese tea - changes with the season)

Shirley is a RYT 500 yoga instructor with 5+ years’ teaching experience across Eastern and Western settings. Her sessions blend traditional yoga foundations with practical tools for modern stress - always including meditation and pranayama to build a steady mind–body connection.

I have never been so energized after a class that brought healing, the whole process was magical. She is such a sweet and lovely person who made the room so loving. At the beginning I had a relaxation moment. I also learned breathing techniques and learned more about the fagus nerve then I had a very relaxing head massage and shoulder relaxation massage so loving I felt very safe at the end it was also so great to have a little tea round so lovingly prepared. I also bought the delicious white tea green tea right after the class awesome great for those who have a lot of stress and trauma in the body I can warmly recommend!!! :)
