Shirley is a RYT 500 yoga instructor with 5+ years’ teaching experience across Eastern and Western settings. Her sessions blend traditional yoga foundations with practical tools for modern stress - always including meditation and pranayama to build a steady mind–body connection.

I have never been so energized after a class that brought healing, the whole process was magical. She is such a sweet and lovely person who made the room so loving. At the beginning I had a relaxation moment. I also learned breathing techniques and learned more about the fagus nerve then I had a very relaxing head massage and shoulder relaxation massage so loving I felt very safe at the end it was also so great to have a little tea round so lovingly prepared. I also bought the delicious white tea green tea right after the class awesome great for those who have a lot of stress and trauma in the body I can warmly recommend!!! :)
