Join Amitabha Garden for a short, calm Chinese tea tasting at The Pines Calyx, St Margarets Bay, set within the peaceful surroundings of The Pines Garden near the Kent coast. This updated 30-minute tasting is designed as a lighter, more accessible version of our previous coastal tea collaboration. Instead of a full workshop, this session offers a gentle introduction to Chinese tea in a beautiful seaside setting - ideal for curious beginners, casual visitors, garden lovers and anyone looking for a thoughtful cultural pause during their day. During the tasting, you will be guided through selected Chinese tea, with time to notice the aroma, flavour and character of the tea in a relaxed small-session format. Sessions run every 30 minutes from 11am to 4pm on: 6 June 20 June £25 per person. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability, although booking is recommended. Chinese pastries will also be available to order as add-ons. This is a short coastal tea tasting experience, not the full ikebana and tea ceremony workshop. It is ideal for those who would like a gentle first taste of Chinese tea at The Pines Calyx.

Cancellation Policy
Class and Package Policy - Package Inclusions Each class session stands for 1 class credit. - Purchase and Usage Each client may purchase class pack multiple times. However, only the first purchase can be shared among multiple clients, with each attending client using one class credit. Any subsequent purchases of this package are restricted to individual use only. - Refund Policy Non-refundable: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for classes, packages, or workshops purchased, whether by mistake or for any other reason. - Cancellation Policy Early Cancellation: Cancellations are allowed up to 1 week before the first session begins. Once the package has been used for any class, cancellations are no longer accepted. - No-Show Policy No Shows: If a client fails to attend a pre-booked class and does not cancel in advance, they will forfeit that class credit. No refunds or rescheduling options are provided for no-shows. - Class Package Expirations All class packages must be used within the available period. The available period will count from the start date of the first session. Any unused class credits after the available period will expire and cannot be extended, suspended, or transferred to another person. Notice: Please keep your voice low as you enter the classroom and place your shoes neatly next to others' shoes near the stairs. Please return mats and blankets after use. Please keep the classroom clean and tidy to show our respect for Buddha. 🙏
