1. Guided Fan Talk (30 minutes)
Begin your journey with an inspiring talk led by a curatorial member of The Fan Museum.
During this session, you will explore:

2. Traditional Chinese Tea Ceremony (1.5 hours)
Following the museum talk, transition into a serene tea experience led by tea experts from Amitabha Garden.
This guided session includes:

a Traditional Chinese Tea Ceremony

tasting of three carefully selected premium Chinese teas and handmade Traditional Chinese pastries

introduction to Gongfu brewing techniques

As owner of a tea farm in Yunnan, China, she offers rare firsthand insight into the relationship between land, seasonality, cultivation, and flavour.
With more than 12 years in the tea industry, she remains passionate about sharing authentic Chinese tea culture through ceremony, education, and sensory experience.
Her ceremonies reflect not only the quality of the tea itself, but also the artistry, etiquette, and philosophy that have shaped this tradition over centuries.
