Shirley Guan-RYT 500 Yoga Instructor​
"With around three years of teaching experience across both Eastern and Western countries, I gained a deep understanding of what my clients really want from a yoga class. Getting trained in a traditional yoga school, I value the power of tradition.
Almost half of my class is spent meditating and practising breath control techniques. I hope I can help you find the feeling of mind-body connection, which is yoga really about. In my class, you'll experience a unique blend of tradition and insight, guiding you towards balance and inner peace like never before."
