29th - Yin & Yang Yoga​​​

All levels welcome.​

Small group with a maximum of 6 participants.

NOTICE:​

  • To ensure a focused and private practice environment, please note that phones and photography are not permitted during class

  • Cushions, yoga mats and blankets are provided, however, you are welcome to bring your own mat for a comfortable and pleasant experience

  • Customers who have purchased class packages are invited to book with class credits at booking page or book through email

Shirley Guan-RYT 500 Yoga Instructor​

"With around three years of teaching experience across both Eastern and Western countries, I gained a deep understanding of what my clients really want from a yoga class. Getting trained in a traditional yoga school, I value the power of tradition.

Almost half of my class is spent meditating and practising breath control techniques. I hope I can help you find the feeling of mind-body connection, which is yoga really about. In my class, you'll experience a unique blend of tradition and insight, guiding you towards balance and inner peace like never before."
